We broke up on good terms less than a day ago. We were in an online long distance relationship and had been together for a long time. We only got to meet once in person, and it was genuinely one of the best times of my life. But I ruined the relationship by being the way I was and making mistakes that hurt her. I blame myself so much for it. I still love her deeply and have so much I want to say to her, but we’re doing no contact. I don’t know what to do with myself right now. I feel like I’ll never forget her or be able to move on, and mentally I genuinely don’t think I can handle this. I really need serious help and honest advice.

this sounds really raw, and i'm glad you said you genuinely don't think you can handle it. are you alone with all of this tonight, or is there someone you trust who can stay with you or talk to you?
ugh, less than a day is SO fresh. i've been there with that awful mix of love, guilt, and wanting to send one huge message, but no contact was the only thing that stopped me from making the first few days even harder.
Well if it makes you feel better, long distance most often never works. It's hard to build closeness/bond with someone when they're not physically there. Time heals all. If you've proven to change she might take you back, but you have to show her
oi
I am not really good at answering I am more of a listener but I would advice you to text her everything you want to say so mabye she will understand you but you need to keep in mind that she could not understand you and you could get more hurt so idk what exactly Situation you are in but if you think she would read the text and try to understand it mabye you could text her but I don’t want to make you hurt so it is just an advice
