Did i do the right thing? breaking up with him after all that

he chase me at the frist like all man then after 3years he was making excuse last time he fight with me because my sis post my pic and her friends he got all made and saying stuff it was not him frist time doing that before that why fight and he Cruse at me saying bad word he didn't came back after I blocked him for those word he sent his friends text me to get him back saying he is not fine without u I said he doesn't have hand to text himself like bro u want me to wait for u...are u the princess I broke up with him I didn't take anything back he didn't give me anything though our relationship.....did I do that right thing...?
