Why did i break no contact?

Author

Accidentally followed her, which led to her sending the first message—saying she was sorry, but wanted to focus on her work. After two days of silence, I broke down and told her how much I love her and that I never stopped thinking about her.
She then called me on video and apologized over and over again. We started talking a bit again, but now she feels cold and takes 5 hours just to reply.
Keeping in mind this is a long-distance relationship with a 6-hour time difference, I’m feeling stuck and lost. I don't know what to do anymore or if I should just bring up the talk about where we both stand and what we're actually doing.

breaking no contact and feeling that little spark of hope when they finally call, then staring at my phone when their replies start getting cold again.

this sounds really hard.the 6hr time difference makes sense with the delayed replies. hang in there you will get through this. I encourage you to bring up that talk about where you guys stand. so you aren't left wondering. take your time with that, no need to rush. you can do this.
