Why is my girlfriend pulling away after our breakup?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for over a year. On April 28 she blindsided me with a breakup. I went no contact and she reached out on July 3. After some vulnerable conversations we got back together. She said she had panicked and freaked out. I’m her first boyfriend first kiss first intimate partner etc.Things started off great again — flirting quality one-on-one time dates. She’s training for an Ironman (which fell on our one-year anniversary). She does need alone time which I respect. Her friends and family like me and have called me a green flag. I drove 9 hours to watch her finish her Ironman. After that our one-on-one time basically stopped. Dates (movies dinner — even just an hour) became rare. We started spending more time with her friends and family instead. She’s only been to my place three times since we got back together (and actually hung out there twice). I haven’t been to her place since April even though I’ve asked. She has a 34-year-old single female roommate she’s lived with for about four years. The roommate clearly doesn’t like me — either she has feelings for my girlfriend or she’s just bitter about being single. We’ve been intimate a couple of times since getting back together; I’m not rushing her. But the quality time has disappeared.I took up running and am training for my first marathon in a couple of weeks. I ran my first mini-marathon on October 3. She missed it because she was at a 5K with her roommate (they drove together) her dad and two friends. Their race started at 8:20 mine at 8:00. Even though they finished first she said she didn’t leave until 9:45 and missed mine. We later had breakfast with her roommate two sisters and brother-in-law. At the table her roommate joked about being my girlfriend’s wingman and said all men on dating apps are duds (knowing that’s how we met). My girlfriend’s sister pushed back and said that’s how she met her husband and they’re great. My girlfriend said nothing. When the check came the roommate said Oh that’s why you have a boyfriend so he can pay for your meals! Everyone laughed. Then she added That’s all boyfriends are good for all boyfriends are useless. Again my girlfriend said nothing. When we’re around the roommate my girlfriend doesn’t really act like I’m her boyfriend. Two weeks earlier the same roommate had dismissed my biggest accomplishment (something that took me 13 years to achieve). She says she needs to lounge all day but she’ll still go for a jog bike ride or run with the roommate. Last week/weekend she was house- and dog-sitting for a friend. She told me she was working late. I offered to help like I had before; she said no she had to walk the friend’s dog. The next day I asked if I could walk the dog with her. She said she was working late had plans Thursday (which she later cancelled) for a friend’s pregnancy thing and that she was busy the whole week and weekend. We had my niece’s birthday celebration at 7 on Friday. She forgot I was supposed to come over and stay the night at the house-sitting place. She offered dinner before the party or breakfast Saturday/Sunday; I declined. When she said she was just chilling on Sunday I offered to bring her food — no pressure short visit she didn’t even have to get dressed up. She said no and suggested Tuesday/Wednesday instead. I pointed out she was busy those days and brought up the sleepover plans. She then asked if I wanted to come over Saturday for dinner. I said no — I was watching a game with my dad. I was hurt pissed and a bit tipsy because I couldn’t even join her for a simple dog walk. The only affection I get beyond hand-holding hugs and a quick kiss or two is heart emojis — and those turned platonic two weeks ago. I started noticing the same patterns that were present before the breakup. It was eating at me.I sent some immature texts calling her out for the lack of quality time while still finding time for her roommate and friends. I asked what she actually wanted and what her motives were and I brought up the roommate’s disrespect. I didn’t insult or swear at her. She replied that she needs to process things. We have a time set for Saturday to talk.I’ve been patient and understanding but I need to know she’s not just leading me on using me or manipulating me. She’s been distant and cold ever since I snapped. Other than this recent stretch she texts consistently and we normally see each other 2–4 times a week (last week only once usually twice). She’s a good person with anxiety (she’s on medication and in therapy because of her parents’ divorce). Normally she’s warm kind and affectionate and we have a lot in common. Right now I just feel like a benchwarmer.I don’t want to lose her. Where do I go from here?
