you know the outcome already, like reaching out would only open the same wound again. i was in that spot too, torn between silence and wanting to rewrite what already ended.
i remember wanting to send that text so bad, thinking maybe he’d love me again if i said sorry enough. my chest hurt even imagining it.
i begged once. told him everything was my fault, that i’d change. he just looked at me like i was annoying. i hated myself after.
don't blame yourself. if he hasn't loved you the way that he should, that's is not your fault. You did your best at trying to make it work, but he couldn't meet you halfway, it sounds like. if thats true, he's not worth it. you will find someone so much better who can really love you how you deserve.
