the wanting itself is whatâs eating you up. i saw someone go through that, every thought was just âhow do i get him back.â nothing else mattered to them at the time.
Hi Frost, I just read your previous posts as well. Take your time to process this break up, it won't be easy, but you can surely do it. I remember when I used to share my emotions to my ex and then immediately she d bring hers up, pretty toxic if u ask me. Take a notebook, write everything that you wished he would hear from you, what you are feeling. I promise it does help, somehow it takes your mind off him and you are focusing on what you are thinking. Be kind to yourself :)

i remember whispering please in my head every night. it didnât matter what he did, i just wanted him near again. it hurt so much.
i begged for him back too. felt like i had no pride left. he still walked away. i hated myself after.
