I can’t just stop loving someone so quickly we are in the same class and she smiles at me but I hate it I give little morse code that she understands and she laughs but I can’t go no contact please someone help me

my ex used to do that too those tiny signals, the looks across the room that meant something. it kept me hooked way longer than i wanted. it’s like your heart knows it’s over but your body’s still waiting for a sign from them. it’s torture, honestly.
