was it to early to start no contact?, should I have talked it out more first?( I'm on erasmus for 7 more weeks, and on day 3 of no contact)

I started no contact from the moment she broke up with me by call. It was beacause she doesn't feel the same more about us...

there were things left unsaid, but I'm scared if I get in contact again I will get hope from every kind word she says...

for me, no contact feels “too early” only when i’m using it to avoid feelings. but if it’s helping you breathe while you’re away on erasmus, that’s okay. you don’t owe her a full post-breakup debrief.
my ex ended it over a call too and i went straight into no contact because i literally couldn’t trust myself to have “one more talk.” i kept wondering if i should’ve fought harder or said more, but honestly those extra talks only dragged the pain for me. so i really get where your head is at
omg i was in exactly same situation and to protect myself i did exactly same thing. your sanity told you to do so and you did right. you will doubt it but dont, she did a hurtful thing and you now need to protect yourself from hurting again. Give it time to settle. And be well. I empathize completely.
