I liked a girl and she liked me back but the problem is that we are from different religion.
So we talked a lot of times about this topic with each other before something serious happens.
She told me that she doesn’t mind and that religion can’t stop us, so we entered in a relationship based on the things she said. After a month she broke up with me because she told me that doesn’t want to marry outside her religion… What’s wrong with this girl?!😂
So we are in no contact but she still likes me…

nice question… yes it felt more like something she’s been raised to believe she has to follow because if it was her own decision she wouldn’t tell me in the first place that she doesn’t mind…
same ..... she probably meant it when she said religion wouldn’t matter, but once things started feeling real the fear and family pressure hit HARD. feelings and reality don’t always move together.
seems like the attraction was very strong between the both of you. She may have just come to the conclusion that in the long run, it may not work out. You can love a person deeply but they still may not be right for you

@DriftDash470 its possible that she had hope too, but over time reality can set in
sounds like her family my have gotten to her. Religion is a tough thing. Some can live with different partners having it . But stuff will come up. like children what church to get married in. how much money you give the church it goes on and on. probably not your best choice unless one of you converts.
