I’m struggling with this same question simply because my ex shares way more information about her opinions on social media than the average person.
i'd keep going with no contact. for me, the days mattered a lot less than breaking the habit of checking, because that's what actually helped my head get quieter.
i never counted checking social media as resetting no contact, but i had to be honest with myself that every time i looked, i ended up hurting all over again. i finally stopped because i was tired of giving myself fresh wounds
like right now am crying because l have viewed their Instagram post with another girl it's really hurting you know
It's totally up to you and how you feel and how you would like to keep track of your progress
what usually makes you look? is it hoping you'll see something that brings you peace, or are you just missing him and looking for any little connection?
