honestly, forcing myself to delete his number out of my contacts completely was the only thing that stopped me from going out of my mind trying to find new ways to reach him.

I’ve been here the best thing is that situation is to heal and work on yourself. the begging and trying to reach out on every number you have acess to just angers them. it’s the hardest thing I went through but it gets better.
