Feeling lost on day 1 of my breakup

day 1 feeling like a nightmare because i still wanted my ex so badly while knowing he had already checked out emotionally. i kept hoping something would change, and every hour felt SO long

I really hope it helps you too. I know how badly you can want someone back when you still have so much love for them. But even if he’s lost his feelings, that doesn’t mean you’re not worthy of being loved deeply. I hope with time you find some peace, whether he comes back or not. 🤍
