this is hard for me to write my chest hurts, i was feeling lightheaded earlier today and felt like my entire world was stopping. I don’t understand how someone moves on so fast. i have seen people on this app be stuck on their ex for months hell even 3 years? is that really what may happen for me? i saw some of her likes on instagram it was about what do you do with your ex stuff they have given you? and in the video it says you should throw or donate it. I don’t understand how she could feel that way I know deep down the love we had before long distance was real. but it’s like when you had in your head this is the person i want my future with you just get stuck on it you know. the fact its only been 9 days and i am sure she has even deleted all the photos of us which just makes me upset. i did nothing wrong i just wanted her why couldn’t it work. i miss you sweet girl.

blocking her accounts so I physically couldn't check her likes or stories anymore, because every tiny thing she touches online right now is going to feel like a knife. seeing her activity doesn't change what you two had, but it will keep you stuck in that panic loop if you keep looking.
are you able to stay close with a friend or family member tonight so you don't have to sit alone with that heavy chest feeling?
seeing that instagram like only 9 days in feels like getting punched straight in the gut. i remember when my ex deleted all our photos after a week and i felt that exact same lightheaded, chest-crushing panic, like my brain couldn't comprehend how he was erasing us so fast. it's nauseating, but you are not crazy for hurting like this right now
it absolutely upsets me so much, mine deleted all the instagram photos all in the same 10 mins it honestly is so disturbing to me how she made this decision all in one day. and stook with it.
