Me and my ex we would always sleep on the phone together and over time that became what I was so used to and loved it so so so so much. Once she had left the first two days were very hard and i was forcing myself to sleep which was also painful. A friend of mines said it is a good idea to play some sort of cartoon while you sleep to that. i have been watching family guy and it helped me a lot.

i used to lie awake for hours staring at my screen missing his breathing on the line, and the loneliness in those first few days is unmatched.
that dead silence when you go from sleeping on the phone every single night to total quiet is deafening.
