It just stings knowing the person I care about and love hates me, wants nothing to do with me, doesn't want to hear from me ever again, doesn't care about me, that I'm dead to them. Just crushes my entire world.

i was there at 3 months too, still waking up with that heavy feeling like “how can someone who said they loved me now act like i’m nothing?” it messed with my head so bad. feeling hated by someone you love is a different kind of pain
Take heart, it hurts so much to realize this, but it's the reality and you have to accept it. But tell yourself that if he doesn't want you, someone else will, often even more.
