it's been ten months since l broken up with my girlfriend and honestly l still can't believe it's really over and l still can't process it even though it's been ten months but honestly it was for the better and l started to like this girl at my second job lately and l think she also likes me but I don't want to push to far but hopefully she doesn't but it could also mean both of us could or couldn't lose our jobs for it but who knows

do you feel like you genuinely like this new girl, or does it feel a bit tied to still missing what you had before?

i get the fear of messing things up at work, i went through something similar and i had to slow myself down HARD, just kept it light and didn’t rush anything until i was sure i wasn’t filling a gap.

It's been 10 months since I got dumped. Just when I thought I was finally getting better, I saw him and now I've been triggered for the past week.

it comes in waves, maybe even after years when you'll see your ex you will get triggered...that person is your ex for a reason.. so it's just a part of moving on...you have moved on and he is just a background noise.. don't let it get to your head...regulate yourself and live your usual life..you're doing good!

ten months and still feeling it… yeah i’ve been there. i remember thinking “it was for the best” in my head but my heart just wouldn’t catch up, especially when someone new came in and stirred everything again.
