i asked him to talk ( it has ben 2.5 monts) he said he will always be herencia for me but now it's to early, I replied saying i understod and i thought that was it, but he texted me saying why i wanted to talk etc and i replied saying i wanted to explain how i felt but it didn't mean that i wanted to get back thogether inmediatly

i get why you want that conversation. for me, writing everything out first helped, i realized some things i didn’t actually need him to hear, just needed to get out.
what are you really hoping for from that talk, closure or a door still open?

for me talking w the other person helped and gave me some kind of clarity
wanting to talk just to finally say everything out loud. i did that too after a couple months and it felt so heavy because i wasn’t even sure what i wanted, just needed him to hear me.
