it takes time, stop listening to sad music. get into religion (if it’s your thing if not that’s your choice), start new shows and real new novels and get hobbies to take your mind off her
Why say stuck ? Healing takes time and sometimes moving on is not easy
the thing is I'm learning to move forward! but from time to time I still think about her
That stings. just know you’re not alone some of us get stuck so much longer than needed.

16 months is a long time to hurt.😢
i was over a year out too and watching my ex move forward while i was still carrying the wreckage around.
