when we broke up he added all his girls friends the second we broke up. and he hangs out with girls too. but he seems to spread rumors about me everytime i get over him. and you can tell he's very jealous but it doesn't make sense because he knows we can easily get back together and he still chooses not to break no contact or anything.

paying more attention to what he DID than what i thought he felt. if someone is jealous but still chooses distance, silence, and rumors, i stopped treating jealousy like proof of love.
when he spreads rumors, does it happen after he sees you doing better or talking to someone new?
my ex acted completely unbothered after the breakup, surrounded himself with new people, but somehow every time i started moving forward he'd find a way to pull attention back to himself.
