What should i do when my avoidant won't come back?

i didn’t need to kill every feeling overnight, i just stopped making choices around the possibility that my ex might return.

waiting for an avoidant to come back had me putting my own life on pause. i kept finding reasons to hope, and honestly, that hurt more than the breakup some days

i asked myself the same thing for months. do you actually want them back, or are you holding onto the hope that they’ll finally choose you?

Drop the hope, but fully letting go takes time, no need to rush how you are feeling
