What does it mean when you see your ex's likes?

i'd honestly try not to give the repost a meaning you can't know for sure. i used to check every like and repost, and it only kept me stuck, so i started treating anything online as noise unless my ex actually spoke to me directly.

you know what the repost actually said, or was it the fact that he liked/reposted something at all that made you think it was about you?

2 days into no contact and treating every little thing my ex did online like a secret message meant for me. that repost would’ve had me spiraling too, even when i knew i was probably reading way too much into it.

its okay for him to like them. but if its abt you then you shouldnt ignore it. maybe hes trying to see if youre ready for a conversation w him

Hunny,don’t think much into it. I think what he’s trying to do is to be neutral with it because a breakup doesn’t mean hostility or complete separation. he liking a post you reposted isn’t a standing ground to think anything ok. just focus on how to react to anything that concerns him so it doesn’t bring you false hopes❤️
