Yes i am the stupid one for checking their social everyday but their repost are always about me like in a sad way o in a bad way like "i can never love anyone like i did with you" or a repost with the song "it's too late for you and I" i just keep thinking what coud have happend if I didn't do some things for him to break up with me...

i had to stop checking because every repost gave me a new story to obsess over. even when something sounded like my ex was hurting too, it never gave me the answer i wanted, so i eventually chose the silence over another night of guessing.
when you see those reposts, do you feel like he wants you back, or do you feel like you’re searching them for proof that he still cares?
checking my ex’s reposts and treating every sad song or little quote like it was a secret message meant for me. it kept me stuck in this weird place where i missed them and kept blaming myself for everything that went wrong.
