I know "no contact" includes no stalking but I can see his TikTok and Instagram and he can see mine, I only count as "no contact" talking with him, I even bumped into him last week...we didn't even talk but the thing is, I see some songs he post on Instagram and some reposts on TikTok, and that confuses me, one may be about cracking other girl and the next one is nostalgic? what are you doing? and I can't help but analyze everything.
I know it's not the best for me but I can not stop it, I don't want to block him, I want to be able to see whatever he posts, my friends tell me to ignore it or hide his profile but I don't want to and won't do it, don't try to convince me, I just want to vent a little.
it's not that harmful, mostly confusing.
(in one week will be 2 months since the breakup)

being two months out and treating every song, repost, and random little thing my ex shared like it was a message meant for me. i could find a meaning in EVERYTHING, and somehow each new post made me more confused than the last.
Its your choice, but you aren't doing no contact. By seeing his posts you keep the cycle alive, you are maintaining the dopamine loop. If you aren't ready to let go thats ok, but you aren't going to move on whilst stuck in this loop
