yesterday he left after doing a scene and drama because i called and he didn't answer me and i kept calling saying i am tiring him so much he s done with me while a week ago he beated me and i was a victim of mental verbal and physical abuse when he left i didn't cry yet i was numb still hanging but definitely no contact or whatsoever.

i am in our house he left he had the audacity to leave me and say i m the abuser i saw a psychiatrist yesterday and she told me i m not and i m being manipulated
my heart hurts so much for you right now. i stayed with an ex who used to flip everything on me after putting his hands on me, and that feeling of just going completely numb is your mind trying to keep you safe from the horror of it all
unfortunately yes i saw my psychiatrist yesterday and she told me that i was being manipulated and there is nothing wrong with me and that i should never trust what he said to me that i m the abuser one
