when he says he misses you but is also drinking like this, do you feel cared for or just more confused after talking to him?
my hope is coming back
when someone’s words and behavior don’t match, i had to start trusting what they DO more than what they say, even when it hurt to accept
i’ve been there where someone says all the right things but their actions start slipping, and the drinking just made it harder to tell what was real and what wasn’t
nothing honestly he had a chance he fumbled that's it
