one message doesn’t ruin everything. when i did that, i thought i lost my only chance too, but really it just showed where they were at, not my worth.
broke no contact too soon, reached out hoping it would fix something, and then felt so stupid after. that “too soon” line sticks in your head way longer than it should
you're not stupid. love makes us do things. whenever you feel like reaching out to him, breathe and come back here and chat with us. you're not alone in this. we're all going through it.
I know it's hard, but try not to overthink the situation. Try to focus on yourself—paradoxically, the more we try to win someone back after a breakup, the more they pull away. Give him some space and do something for yourself. Take up that hobby you've always wanted to try—drawing, going to the gym, taking walks, whatever.
