what I did learn was… I’d never seen that man log onto viber as fast as he did and I realised he doesn’t have his messages shown.
surprised he’s not blocked me. adhd and thinking in this brain is never a good combination 🙄🙄

i've absolutely done the same thing. i convinced myself one last message would clear everything up, then sat there watching for a reply that never came the way i hoped
oh he’s loving it, he’s unblocked me and is reading my stuff as it’s making him feel better about everything.
i know that urge to defend yourself when someone is telling a version of the story that feels unfair
oh it is, part of me wants to give him and his mother the same treatment as me but he’s in America I’m in uk, theirs nothing I can do
did sending the videos make you feel any better afterward, or did it mostly bring back all the feelings you'd been trying to move past?
no because I’m trying to convince someone, something who knows I did nothing wrong and they are using it as a narrative for there mum. I need to learn to forgive myself.
