Honestly I am really confused, my ex reached out, not to apologize for her actions or the way I have been treated or anything. I believe she reached out to just look after herself because my parents had seen her at the store and she didn’t say anything to them. I believe she contacted me to just let me know that like if she knew they saw her they would say something. I responded, with nothing cruel or really anything no emotion at all just more acknowledgment.
This really confused me because knowing her, this is very strange ish behavior but I think I am reading too far into it. I have to reset my clock and start to move on again.

my ex reached out after months of silence with something that felt completely random, and i spent days trying to figure out what it "really" meant. sometimes the confusion hits harder than the silence because your brain starts filling in the blanks.
Its always when you move on then they'll start texting again 😒
