there was a point where i'd wake up with that same weight on my chest and go to sleep with it too. i genuinely thought it would keep getting worse forever.
it's valid you feel that way, but always remember what you're feeling right now is a withdrawal. acknowledged what you feel and tell yourself you miss that someone but you're choosing to move forward. it's okay to cry, mad, sad and disappointed while moving forward and do some small steps like eating, taking care of yourself, getting up from bed, clean room. i hope you get better

saying thank you for the pain helps. even though it's counterintuitive. it means you can feel and eventually pain will be replaced with peace.
