My girlfriend recently moved to another city for her internship.
At first everything felt normal. We talked every day like we always had and I thought we were handling the long distance pretty well.
About a week later she told me she was starting to feel distant. I assumed she meant the physical distance and thought it was just part of being apart.
Then she told me she had kissed someone from her office.
I couldn't believe it. I kept telling myself it was a one-time mistake or something impulsive.
A few days later she admitted she liked him and he liked her too. That's why they kissed.
Ever since then I've been stuck in my own head.
I keep asking myself if I missed the signs when she first said she felt distant. Should I have understood what she really meant? Could I have done something differently or was this always going to happen?
I replay every conversation looking for the moment where things started to fall apart.

after she told you she liked him, did she actually want to work on your relationship, or had she already made up her mind?
She cheered on you, plain and simple.
If you really love her and cannot beer to lose her, "fight" for it. I don't mean physically, I meant win her back.
Not your fault. Cheating is never your fault. Cut your loss because if she can’t handle even a few weeks of separation she ain’t worth it bro
no it's not your fault. don't blame yourself
