so I’ve done well today I’ve not reached out hoping I can keep this up. I just don’t understand why he ghosted me and used drama caused by his mother as an excuse to leave after four years who he lives with as wanting peace, why couldn’t he of just said to her I’m a grown up this is my choice and why couldn’t she respect that.
why didn’t he ring me, have a conversation with me. then why did he just ignore me afterwards.
I don’t understand why after four years and building a life together and all this hard work maintaining the long distance did he just disappear.
he didn’t even give me a real explanation. I just don’t understand it. I have stopped reaching out and trying but it’s so hard because I don’t understand why this happened and why he made this choice.
if things were hard at home and he said look my mother is doing this I would of understood or even if he just answered my questions.
He doesn’t seem to care that’s the main thing… I just don’t get it

before he ghosted you, had he ever let his mother make big decisions about your relationship, or did this come completely out of nowhere?
no I noticed she tried things in the background but it didn’t work as he didn’t live with her now it’s completely different
i was ghosted after a long relationship too, and the silence messed with my head more than the breakup itself. i kept thinking there had to be an answer that would make it all make sense.
did you get any answers in the end
