we’ve been together for 3 months. she’s really into fitness goes to the gym twice a day doesn’t drink and is honestly a 10/10.
i’m the opposite she’s very fit and i’m more on the chubby side even though i’m decent looking. she met me first but her cousin used to talk to her in high school and now things feel weird.
she’s been distant and we haven’t spoken for 5 days. i don’t know what to do next.

one of the biggest things that threw me off and i found unattractive in my ex was his insecurity and thinking that he wasn't good enough . i think confidence is attractive.
I think you should message her. ..to see if she really wants it to be over...and if she acts cold towards you...you go no contact for 2 weeks if you can...by then if she wants to get back with you she'll either have reached out by day 8 or be happy to hear from you in 2 weeks. I have been on both sides of this. And if she was already with you.. she doesn't card if you're on the chubbier sodd..i didn't at one point...but if you look like you are taking care of yourself and actually trying, she WILL find that attractive. don't tell her you're doing it just do it.
i've been the guy who convinced himself i wasn't good enough because my ex seemed "out of my league." that comparison ate me alive, and it turned out it wasn't the real problem.
has she told you why she's been distant, or are you trying to piece it together on your own because she's gone quiet?
Give her space one message only then stop chasing if she wants you she will come back if not you already have your answer
