i've asked myself that same thing after a breakup. what helped me was realizing one person's choice isn't proof that i'm too much, it's just proof they weren't able or willing to meet me where i was.

absolutely not. someone’s actions and choices are their own. they made them, knowing it would hurt you or not. it has nothing to do with you
