There are no tips. Allow yourself to FEEL because it completely normal. Just NEVER think about going back and anytime you think about it remember why and how it ended in the first place . Are things gonna change ? How sure are you ? But healing requires feeling and not suppression otherwise it will surely catch up with you in the future.

I just had a huge dip around day 47 ish. I honestly cried all that I could, listened to sad music, looked at some advice on YouTube on how to process breakups, and I’ve gone for a lot of walks. sometimes I felt like dying, called my mom and vented. but after this I feel better, I think accepting how you feel and knowing you are not insane, accepting that you’re allowed to feel everything you do, and that it is sad, and you feel lonely, but you will pick yourself up. do things around the house, do the things you have been putting off, do anything for yourself to feel proud of you between the cries. I feel a lot better now and have landed more in the acceptance, and I still hold on to some hope we might find our way back together because that’s my way of keeping my sanity at the moment. find whatever that is for you. And know that you got this! you are your own biggest support and you were okey before him, you’ll be ok after him ❤️

what happened tonight that brought the missing them back so hard, was it something that reminded you of them or did it just hit out of nowhere?

it's easier said than done but get up wash your face drink water and do things that make you happy

run cold water over your hands and wrists.
if that isn’t helpful and you’re absolutely losing it, get in a cold shower. no lie. you’ll feel your body respond within seconds

go into the motivation tab on this app. start reading it all. dive in. there is a breathing thing on there. make yourself do it.

and write down all the f’d yo things about your ex. remember the reality not the fantasy

this is you choosing you. I’m proud of you for posting ♥️

It's not going to be easy, but by doing something you love to get your mind off of it, does help to make it lighter. Believe me, sulking makes it only much worse, because it's like feeling sorry for yourself.
