Is it possible to love AND hate someone because right now I feel both for him. I want him back but I know we would never be the same after this. it would have took so much for me to walk away and he did it like I meant nothing and over nothing. I'm so confused on what I did to deserve this. My confidence is taking a hit and my health is suffering from the stress. How can someone you love so much act as if you meant nothing to them. is he even sad at all? This is so painful.

i might never know if he was sad too, and chasing that answer only kept me stuck. i had to bring the focus back to me, even when i REALLY didn't want to.
was there one moment that made you realize you had to walk away, or has he been making you feel like you meant nothing for a while now?
i hate that you're carrying both feelings at once. i loved my ex and still felt so angry at how easily he walked away
Yes, love is more closely related to hate than indifference. That sucks, and I'm sorry that you're dealing with all of those feelings of stress and blah. It's the worst to just not comprehend the other person's choices. You're a beautiful person because of how deeply you love and care. Thank you for sharing because your post makes me feel less alone. You deserve love and healing.
Yes, totally possible to both love and hate someone!
I did something wrong to my ex and I gave so much remorse and regret and sadness about it… I don’t know if that is normal though. I guess it depends on how mature your ex is.
Have, not gave.
