Yesterday I found out that he is talking to a girl, I felt a little bad, but that's when I realized that he never really loved me, this is the first step to start healing, in 7 days it will be a month since we separated, I still love him but I don't plan to beg someone who never really loved me, I'm going to heal.

i still loved my ex when i stopped begging for crumbs. honestly, that was the hardest part, loving someone and choosing myself anyway.
finding out they’re talking to someone else hurt like hell, but realizing i didn’t have to chase someone who wasn’t choosing me changed something in me.
