I was nervous considering it's my first time joining event as a committee, I pray so bad that nothing bad will happened, and so I wear my blazer and white suit up which make me reminiscing the times when we still together, and so it all flashes back through my eyes, next second i know, I was carrying a small glass round table and the glass unstuck from the legs, As i tried to catch it with the glass, the speed make the glass slippery as i kept holding on, then the glass shattered on the floor. I was panicking but I didn't run. I ask my committee members and advisor, what do I do,they say they will took care of it, I let out a heavy and long breath...calming myself, considering the fact that she wasn't even there? how did she interfered with my focus and performance. I saw my hand full of blood from the glass-I didn't even feel the pain but atm I learn that time doesn't heal at all. It's been a year, but i haven't recover yet from the traumatic situationship

hurting myself without even noticing because my head was somewhere else.
that part about her not even being there but still affecting your focus really got me. do you feel like you're grieving her, or the version of yourself you were when you two were together?
genuinely both, since I still think the best abt us
i've had those random moments where an outfit, a place, even a stupid little detail brought everything back so hard i couldn't focus on what was happening in front of me.
ikr it's so annoying and bittersweet
I’m sorry you’re still feeling the impact of the trauma. have you considered seeking out a trauma therapist?
money. i've been askin a.i as my therapist and i know it's hella unhealthy because they always justify my action, so i do some prompt to make it realistic
