i used to check every post looking for clues, and it kept me stuck. i had to mute her because i couldn't heal while watching a highlight reel every day.
my ex as well to show that they are happy
i went through this too. my ex suddenly became super active and happy online after we split, and i spent way too much time wondering who every post was for.
in my opinion stop looking- as a woman I do try to look like I’m doing great I’m happy etc even tho he hurt me really badly- it could be a front

i get why you're noticing the change, but do you think you're wondering if those posts are meant for you specifically?
maybe she wants you to be jealous?
i think thats the point.she want to show to me that shes not affected and or seeking validation to others and to show them that shes ok without me.so in that case its simple saying that i cant get out of her mind? or simple saying she misses me?
