honestly the closure can hurt like hell at first. i had to remind myself that knowing it's truly over doesn't mean i have to feel okay about it today.
do you think you're grieving him being gone, or the fact that there's finally no little part of you waiting for him to come back?

i broke no contact once thinking i needed one last conversation, and getting the answer i wanted somehow made the goodbye feel even more real.
