i miss him.
we broke up just a few days ago and he still texts me but he doesn’t say any of the things i’m hoping to hear. He hasn’t taken responsibility for what happened or acknowledged any of the things that went wrong between us.
He’s already removed our pictures from social media. He says he never wanted things to end this way but at the same time he hasn’t said that he wants to make things better or that he’s willing to do anything differently.
And here i am trying not to reach out while missing him more than i can explain. I still catch myself waiting for his name to pop up on my phone hoping he’ll say something that gives me a reason to believe things could be different. Right now i miss him so much that the comfort i want feels like it could only come from him.

Writing and doing the tasks on this app help, other journaling apps too, and writing and thinking about the relationship and its moments and accepting that we can't change anyone but we can change ourselves.
