When should you break no contact after a breakup?

Nah it has happened many times before but with the same results so no because I already know the outcome.

i feel like for me at least, it’s never a plan to do so. we broke up a few days ago and i broke it today. it was because i typed out a text i wanted to send to him but i told myself i wasn’t going to. i still did it anyways to a spur of the moment decision. i don’t regret it, but i also think i would’ve been okay if i didnt.

idk from where but i feel like he will call or write if it's not and I I still love them maybe anniversary Christmas or on his birthday

i am the hurt one so why should i beg for love that's not even healthy , idk idk
