How can i move on from this pain?

and the thing i wonder is that she post on here socmed account happines moments.almost everyday i just got wonder why like before she was not like that but now we broke i mean almost everyday she posted updates on her life.can someone enlighten me about wat was happening? or am i just making thougths that way is her way of moving on?
