How to finally move on from my ex

i needed someone to tell me that moving on didn't mean i stopped loving him, it meant i finally chose myself too. take it one day at a time, you don't have to be over them all at once.

His communication. Not just "check in more often," but don't disappear, don't keep me guessing, and don't turn cold without explanation. I'm not actually asking him to be a perfect guy. I just want him to talk about it if he has a problem, to say it if he needs time, and to be honest if his feelings change, not to suddenly distance himself and make me think, "What am I missing?"

There's honestly always better out there. You might not see it now because you are hurting, blinded by pain and maybe still love/care for your ex but there's better and one thing about life, you can always start over as long as you have been afforded another day, time, great health and opportunities. Focus on healing, take care of yourself, love and prioritise yourself and you'll surely attract the right energy at the right time.

time is everything. unfortunately there is no quick fix to help get over someone. but trust in time. one day you'll wake up and they won't even be a thought

Girl you deserve better and I think you know that too. If you'll be stuck on your ex, you cant receive the love thats out there waiting for you. Do some good things for yourself and please love and respect yourself!
