me and my ex-boyfriend of two years broke up on the 21st of July we went no contact on the 13th of August and today he reached out because people are worried about me. I want to stay friends because no contact hurts a lot but he doesn’t want to stay friends. I’m convinced this boy is the one and I’m prepared to do anything. What can I do guys?

thinking my ex was THE ONE made no contact feel impossible. i kept wanting friendship because having any piece of him felt better than losing him completely, but it kept me stuck.
if he's the one than a month... 2 months no contact shouldn't make or break this relationship but it will give you time to focus on you and take care of yourself. I say to stay in no contact.
He broke up with you and he does not even want to stay friends with you... He does not want any contact with you... even tho you would do anything for him, I guess he knows that as well. Im sorry my dear, that must hurt.
Maybe you can use this no-concact time to stop chasing him and start focusing on you again. I think theres not really something else you can do, I mean you cant force him.
But maybe keep in mind, that you dont really want a guy that seems not to want you anymore...
