I have 2years limirence to guy and now I know a have no opportunity to date with him. But I can’t stop being emotionally addicted from him. it’s been 3 months since I know he don’t have any feelings with me. maybe anyone has the same experience that I have?

i really feel how stuck you are here. when you realized he doesn't have feelings for you, did you stop having contact with him, or are you still seeing or talking to him?
I stopped and then I don’t talk to him almost for 3 months. it didn’t happened at moment but after time.
i spent way too long attached to someone who never felt the same, and knowing it logically didn't make my feelings disappear any faster. three months is still so fresh after two years of hoping, please be gentle with yourself.
