i remember having dreams like this after my breakup, and honestly, i stopped treating them like setbacks. your brain can replay the habit while you're asleep, but you woke up and still chose not to do it.
yeah…he comes into my dreams and after 3 months of our last meet and I didn’t feel anything about it. I still didn’t let him go…but I don’t give a fuck about it dreams anymore
