i finally saw a dream about him. if you know you know i saw a dream which he insults me and curse our relationship and after that i never saw him in my dreams again. but today i saw him again he was all lovey dovey again and said he missed me but at the end of the dream he was a little passive aggresive and he said "oh our relationship can just be yours" and i was like "what why are you saying this" and he said "because i realize that i started to like someone" I WAS SHOCKED AND I GET UP WITH A SEVERE HEART ACHE but additionally in my subconscious i saw the rest of the dream and he said "its you silly".
anyways i felt terrible and i know i shouldnt interprate my dreams like this but i think he is in the accepting phase and he is trying to move on but his mind is still busy with me

i used to treat every dream about my ex like a hidden message, and it only made me spiral harder.
i've had dreams like that where i woke up feeling like my chest had actually been broken open. the worst part was how real the affection felt, then waking up and realizing i had to lose them all over again.
yes i felt the same way today. it was like someone ripped out my heart and step on it few times and give it to dogs
