Why am i still stuck after three months?

Author

It’s been about three months since the discard. She was my first girlfriend and I was her first boyfriend. For a while I thought I was getting better but lately it feels like I’m right back where I started. I feel completely stuck. I miss her so much but I’m blocked so there’s nothing I can do to reach out.She has borderline personality disorder though it didn’t really show much until the breakup. I keep seeing posts saying people in this situation should feel lucky it ended but I can’t relate to that at all. She was amazing and I’d do anything to have her back in my life. Everything has felt hollow for the last three months. No one else even comes close to what she meant to me.I genuinely thought we were deeply in love. Now she’s reposting things about how all men care about is sex and posts about being over her ex. I’m not even sure if those are about me or someone else. It all feels so out of character for her. I just don’t understand what happened and I miss her so much.I think I just need someone to talk to about it.

Interesting my exbpdfwb also said "all men care about is sex" when she was getting ran through, right after discarding her bf for a coworker who didn't want her and she desperately started linking with randoms on dating apps.
At least she ain't breadcrumbing you telling you she's been celibate as she "heals" and needs more time to decide if she wants you back..

Focus on you and learn to love yourself. It's been 3 months for me as well

I was also discarded I feel you, but we have to be strong. I know there are many questions in your head but we cannot control their mind so we just have to let them. let's focus on other things than thinking why they left and blocked us.

I know its hard, But whats important rn is you need to remind yourself
do i want to be with someone that can easily do this to me?"
You can still love and miss them but you need to recognize at the same time that what they did is not healthy and safe for you.

Hey, I'm sorry you're going through this. I totally understand, I'm in a similar situation to you. My boyfriend, who I was with for 3 years, also had mental issues. At first, it wasn't noticeable, we managed to work everything out and we got along like in a fairy tale. However, in the end, I found out that he was doing all sorts of things behind my back and he hurt me like no one has ever done before. I don't know how long you were together, I just want you to know that it's good that it happened before and not after getting engaged, planning a family or something like that. The fact that she's posting things like that on social media definitely indicates that she's not in her right mind. One of the sentences that helped me (and still helps me) is: If you can build that much love on your own, imagine how much you'll be able to do with someone who chooses you every day. I know what it means to love, choose and understand an eccentric person every day, that's why I know how you feel. Everyone says “now you need to work on yourself, think about yourself” and that is actually the hardest part. When I find myself again (and you find yourself), at least a small part of what is left, I think that is when the first chapter of the story towards healing begins. I wish you much happiness, peace and sleep, you are not alone.
