does anyone else struggle with a sense of boredom after going NC? like you miss just talking to them all day and calling them more than the relationship itself? I mainly miss the friendship between us today.

not too sure. I started talking to my other friends and reaching out to some new ppl which dulled the pain significantly. I think I just missed him today
i felt that empty silence too, especially when something funny happened and my first instinct was still to tell my ex.
yeah he was and is still my best friend but we don't talk anymore i miss debriefing with him at the end of the day. what helped me so far js making an account then just taking videos of myself talking to myself or pretending to talk to him. then i just let it all out the urge lessened a bit
after going NC, i missed having my person to text about every stupid little thing, and sometimes i couldn't even tell if i missed him or just missed having that friendship

exactly, i really get you, i rly miss the friendship i had with him before everything, i always tought he was a good friend, but now when it comes to more than friends i think never ever again, so i wish we would have just stayed friends, but all you can do is accept it so..
I also know that me and him can’t be friends.. there’s a lot of emotions that friendship would never be our end goal.. it just hurts a lot
