I did. I gave it the 2nd chance with my open heart and soul, now the pain is even heavier than before.

i think i would’ve gone back too, especially if they were showing me they valued me. but i’ve learned that feeling loved in the moment isn’t enough for me anymore, i need their actions to stay different when things get hard.
i’d struggle so much with this because seeing them everywhere would keep reopening that door. do you feel like they’ve actually changed, or does seeing them just make you remember how much you still love them?
i think she changed but i am blinded by the mistakes she made in the past but she loves me so much
loving someone so deeply that every time i saw them, a part of me wanted to believe this time would be different. when someone has hurt you again and again, love can make you remember their good moments louder than the bad ones.
